Anti-crisis plan is being developed in Karachai-Cherkessia

 Chairwoman of the Federation Council of Russia Valentina Matviyenko at a meeting with the head of Karachay-Cherkessia Rashid Temrezov commended the approach of the republic to the formation of anti-crisis measures. Matviyenko noted in particular that in the preparation of the anti-crisis plan of the republic the main principle was fulfilment of social obligations to the population and implementation of various measures to support small and medium-sized businesses.

Salaries in the Kremlin administration will be cut by 10%, President Vladimir Putin told an operational meeting with the permanent members of the Security Council of Russia.  “Outside the context of the agenda of the meeting, Vladimir Putin informed the members of the Security Council about his decision to cut the presidential administration salaries by 10%,” TASS cited the president's spokesman, Dmitry Peskov.
