Russian President Vladimir Putin introduced a bill adjusting the order of senator elections. Work on the document for elections of senators was concluded in mid-May. It is related to the law on governor elections, RIA Novosti reports.The lower chamber of parliament will consider the bill in the first reading in autumn. Speaker of the Federation Council Valentina Matviyenko predicted that the bill would be passed on January 1, 2013.
