Russia, Kyrgyzstan to expand military-technical cooperation

Today, Vladimir Kozhin, Russian President's aide on military-technical cooperation issues, said that Russia and Kyrgyzstan are going to sign an agreement on the development of military-technical cooperation within the framework of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), which will allow Bishkek to negotiate arms deliveries contracts directly with Russian defense enterprises.
