Brent and WTI increasing after US launches missile strike in Syria

Oil prices increased today after the US missile strikes on a Syrian airfield, media reported.

The June futures for Brent oil increased by $ 0.87 (1.58%) to $55.76 per barrel on the ICE Exchange in London, as of 8:05 Moscow time.

The May futures for WTI oil rose by $ 0.92 (1.78%) - to $52.62  per barrel at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX).

The US has delivered missile strikes at a military base in central Syria today in response to a chemical attack in Idlib.
