Boris Johnson: US could launch more missile strikes against Syria

The US could launch further strikes against Assad regime forces in Syria, British Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson said.

Foreign Secretary said the US had “delivered a clear and united message” from the West in bombing Syria last week.

"Crucially - they could do so again. We cannot miss this moment," Johnson told The Sun newspaper, discussing the round of missile strikes.

Johnson stressed that he is "focussed on working with the US and getting the G7 behind the goal of ending this war and rebuilding Syria". "There is no doubt that the US action is a game changer in Syria," he noted.
