NCFD establishes expert structure for North Caucasus problems

Russian authorized presidential envoy to the North Caucasian Federal
District (NCFD) Alexander Khloponin has spoken about the peculiarities
of the expert structure for work on the North Caucasus problems. In an
interview with the Izvestia newspaper he noted that it will be a
science center, a non-commercial partnership or a fund. The initiative
was announced in December 2010.

Khloponin said that they need to take into account the special
inter-ethnic relations, employment and structure of the population,
corruption and political specifics.

Experts from various research centers were invited. They will work on
each problem. Such an expert society will be established in the first
half of 2011, Khloponin believes.
