Tillerson calls Trump-Putin talks 'very constructive'

US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said Donald Trump's phone converstion with Russian President Vladimir Putin was very productive with a lot of exchanges.

He made this statement before an official meeting with Saudi Arabia's Foreign Minister Adel al-Jubeir.
