Nord Steam 2 partners to provide 6.65 bln euro loan to Gazprom
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaRussia's Gazprom said that its partners in the Nord Stream 2 pipeline would give the operator of the project a bridge loan of up to 6.65 billion euros ($7.25 billion).
The loan agreement carries an interest rate of 6% and could last until the end of 2019, Reuters reported with reference to Gazprom.
Gazprom said partners involved in the deal were Wintershall Nederland Transport and Trading B.V, Shell Exploration and Production (LXXI) B.V, Uniper Gas Transportation & Finance B.V, Engie Energy Management Holding Switzerland AG, OMV Gas Marketing Trading & Finance B.V.
