Ilham Aliyev congratulates Hassan Rouhani on victory

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev congratulated Iranian President Hassan Rouhani on re-election.

"Your victory shows how much faith people have in you, how much they trust you, it's a high assessment of the work you did in the name of development and prosperity of your country," he said.
