US support for Georgia exceeds its support for Armenia

Armenia will receive $45.2 million for development of democracy in
2011, the official website on support by the US government for other
countries says, news.am reports.


Armenia spent $9.4 million on peace and stability, $13.2 million on
development of democracy, human rights and management, $5.9 million on
healthcare, $1.9 million on education and social programs, $13.4
million on economic development and $1.6 million on humanitarian
programs.


Georgia will receive $90.1 million in 2011, Azerbaijan - $29.2
million, Russia - $68.7 million and Turkey - $5.9 million.
