Azerbaijani president offers condolences over Helmut Kohl's death

Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev visited the Embassy of German in the country today to offer his condolences over the death of former German Chancellor Helmut Kohl.

President Aliyev also signed a book of condolences.
