Special committee to control funds for investment projects in Chechnya

A special committee will control the means for implementation of
investment projects in Chechnya. This was discussed today at a meeting
between the head of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, and the
Chechen cabinet, YuGA.ru reports.

Kadyrov noted that Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin instructed
the Finance Ministry and Vneshekonombank to launch investment projects
on the territory of Chechnya, using the mechanism of state guarantees
at a meeting of the state commission on the development of North
Caucasus on the 21st of January in Moscow,

Kadyrov has instructed the chairman of the Chechen government, Odes
Baisultanov, to take control over any investment projects for which
the country will be given credits.
