Armrosgazprom increases gas reserves

Natural gas reserves at the Abovyan underground storage facility have
increased in 2011 compared with 2010, reaching 132.5 million cubic
meters, news.am cites the official site of Armrosgazprom.

The volume of natural gas has increased due to the construction of a
new storage section in October 2010.

At the present the total capacity of the underground storage is 140
million cubic meters.

ArmRosGazprom was created in 1997. The current authorized capital of
the company amounts to about $875 million. 80% of its shares are owned
by Gazprom and 20% by the Armenian Ministry of Energy.
