Trump tweets July 4th well-wishes

US President Donald Trump wished Americans a happy Independence Day via Twitter and tacked on a video that features a church choir singing 'Make America Great Again.'

"Getting ready to celebrate the 4th of July with a big crowd at the White House. Happy 4th to everyone. Our country will grow and prosper!" Trump posted on his Twitter page.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that Russia has congratulated the United States on the Independence Day.

"[We] have congratulated [the United States]. With a [diplomatic] telegram," Lavrov told reporters.
