New Armenian ambassador to Bulgaria appointed

The president of Armenia, Serge Sargsyan, appointed Arsen Skhoyan to the position of extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of Armenia in Bulgaria, ARKA reports.

Skhoyan was earlier the head of a presidential expert and analysis department.
