Lavrov: we on side of justice in US political fight

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that Russia is not taking either side in the political struggle in the United States.

Lavrov said that a fight was underway between US President Donald Trump and the political establishment in the country.

"The fight goes on. They want to make the life of this administration miserable. People try to speak about impeachment. It’s absolutely a fight," the minister said, speaking to the NBC network.

"And Russia is on President Trump’s side?" the NBC reporter asked. "No, we are on the side of justice," Lavrov replied.
