Armenia to improve pension services

Armenian Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Artur Grigoryan said,

The minister said that they will reduce the red-tape risks and
liberalize the market. Deals with 12 banks and 4 payment organizations
were concluded to provide cashless payments.
Commenting on the queues that occurred in receiving pensions, he said
that the process is new for the Armenian Mail Service and not all
postmen were able to view the lists.
The first payments coincided with the New Year holidays.
Payments will be fulfilled in 90 departments of Armenian Mail Service.
Banks and payment terminals will start providing pension payments as
well, Grogoryan said.
Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan emphasized the importance of
providing information on the new system.
