Kvirikashvili concludes his visit to Israel
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaGeorgia’s Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili concluded his two-day official visit to Israel.
He met there with the representatives of the Georgian diaspora in Israel and stressed the two nations have not only the strongest emotional unity, but also common strategic interests.
Georgian PM said the two nations have "big potential” to successfully cooperate in many directions, such as trade-economic relations, education, innovation technologies, high technologies.
Kvirikashvili said that Georgia expects Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s visit to Georgia with the country’s businessmen.
"I invited Mr. Netanyahu with big pleasure to Georgia, the leader who is highly respected not only in Georgia, but worldwide. We are eager the visit to take place soon,” Agenda.ge cited Kvirikashvili as saying.
The Prime Minister thanked Israel for supporting Georgia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity and promised Georgian diaspora representatives to be their guide when coming to Georgia and discussing the prospects of the two countries’ relations with them.
