Russia's Energy Ministry investigates causes of blackout in Crimea

Russian Energy Ministry conducts its own investigation of the causes of accident with power lines in Crimea, the Ministry reported.

"We began investigation into the causes of this accident. After it will be finished we will develop organizational and technical measures aimed at reducing such risks," the report said.
