Unidentified object explodes in Armenia village, killing resident

A person had died this morning as a result of an explosion in the Fantan village of Armenia's Kotayk Province, the press service of the Armenian police said. 

A yet-undetermined object had exploded in the hands of the village resident Hrachik Altunyan, 59, News.am reported.

An investigation is underway.
