Qarabag FC advances to UEFA Champions League for the first time in history

Qarabag football club advanced to the group stage of the UEFA Champions League for the first time in history of Azerbaijani football.

Azerbaijani team lost (2:1) to København (Denmark) in the Champions League play-offs. However, based on the results of two matches, the football club was able to reach group stage of the Champions League.

Qarabag won the first match against Danish team with the score 1:0.
