Russian women with children who returned to Russia from Iraq the day before will be released from criminal liability, The Center for Countering Terrorism and Extremism of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Chechen Republic reported.

The department said that the information on these women will be collected and the interrogation sessions conducted. Then a procedural decision will be made, RIA Novosti reported.
