1.2 thousand Russians complain about their vacation in Turkey

Over the last two weeks of August, Rospotrebnadzor received about 1.2 thousand complains from tourists about problems during their vacation in Turkey, including in connection with Coxsackievirus. A relevant message is posted on the department's website.

"From August 14 to August 28, 2017, Rospotrebnadzor received appeals of more than 1,7 thousand citizens with complaints about violation of their rights in the field of outbound tourism, of which about 1.2 thousand cases are directly related to the organization of recreation in the Turkish Republic," the message reads.
