Rating agencies’ fears regarding Russian economy are groundless, Oreshkin says

Speaking about the expectations of revision of Russia's S & P rating on September 15, Oreshkin pointed out that all these factors together allow us to say that Russia deserves higher ratings. "But specific ratings are a decision of specific rating committees and agencies," he added.
