Economic reforms in Russia may begin after presidential elections, Gref says

The large-scale economic reforms in Russia may begin after the presidential elections, the president and chairman of the board of Sberbank, German Gref, says.

”Business-community, as well as Russia itself, expect that such a large-scale reform process, which is critically necessary in our country, will begin after the presidential elections and  formation of a new cabinet of ministers," he said.
