Law enforcement agencies prevent explosion on Bakhtiyar ferry in Turkmenistan

The Turkmen law enforcement agencies prevented the terrorist attack that was planned on the Bakhtiyar ferry, which runs between ports of Turkmenbashi and Baku. Though the situation occurred on August 28, the information appeared only today.

The law enforcement services of Turkmenistan detained two criminals - two brothers, citizens of Turkmenistan, whose names are not announced. They tried to carry explosives onboard the cargo-passenger ferry to make an explosive device.
