Putin congratulates Kuban on its anniversary

Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated Krasnodar Territory residents on the 80th anniversary of the region’s establishment. Greetings were published on the Kremlin website.

"You can rightfully be proud of the history of your native land, military victories and labor achievements of many generations of your fellow countrymen," the presidential address reads.
