Matviyenko congratulated Stavropol on its 240th anniversary

Speaker of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko congratulated residents of Stavropol on the Day of Stavropol Territory and 240th anniversary of the city.

She sent the letter to governor Vladimir Vladimirov and chairman of the regional Duma Gennady Yagubov.

"On this day, I wish everyone well-being, happiness and success in their goals," Valentina Matviyenko wrote.
