Vadim Samoylov: I wish peace to Caucasus!

He also spoke about Baku, where he held a concert last April during the battles for Karabakh.
"Baku is a very beautiful city. I was there for the first time, despite the fact that we have been performing for so long. Audience was awesome, everything was organized so well, I really liked it. I love this region and try to visit it when I can," he admitted.
Vadim Samoylov said he was shocked by April clashes in Karabakh.
"I want peace, because the region is still unstable. If peace can be reached there, model of their reconciliation can be used by the entire international community. So I wish peace to the entire region, the entire Caucasus," he said.
During all these years musician visited many parts of the Caucasus.
"I visited the Black Sea coast of the Caucasus. My very first trip to the Caucasus happened in my childhood, when I was five, my parents and I went to Gagra. Dyring Soviet period, I visited Sukhumi and Batumi, I performed in both South and North Ossetia. I haven't performed in modern Georgia yet, but I think I will visit it," Vadim Samoylov noted.
