Alexei Frolov became new head of Rossotrudnichestvo, source says

Deputy head of Rossotrudnichestvo (Federal Agency for CIS Affairs), Alexei Frolov, became new head of the agency, a source familiar with the situation said.

He stressed that corresponding document has already been signed, Gazeta.ru reports.
