Old man attempts to set himself on fire in Yerevan

Old man tried to set himself to fire in the centre of Yerevan at Republic Square, the press service of the Armenian police said.

According to the preliminary situation, he did it because of his difficult socio-economic situation.

The man (was born in 1943) was hospitalized, Sputnik Armenia reported.
