24-floor residential complex to be built in Batumi

The Turkish company “Kona Georgia” is beginning construction of a 24-floor residential complex in Batumi, Business Georgia reports.

The complex will be situated on David Agmashenebili Street. Construction work will start in February. The cost of the project is estimated at $8 million, to be completed by the end of 2012.
