Happy birthday, Grozny!

The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, congratulated the citizens of Grozny on the day of the city, which is 199 years old.

"We are celebrating this day with joy and pride for our beloved city!" Grozny's city day has become the most significant and beloved holiday for the people of the republic. It symbolizes the victory of the Chechen people over terrorism, war and devastation," the Chechen leader said.
