Elderly man dies in Yerevan apartment fire

A fire has broken out in an apartment in Armenia's capital city Yerevan. As a result of the incident one person died and another one was injured, the press service of  Armenia's Ministry of Emergency Situations said.

Four fire and rescue squads and a response team were dispatched to the scene, News,am reported.

The fire was extinguished at 7:50 am (local time).
