Alexander Khloponin proposes reducing assessment parameters of officials to 20

Russian presidential plenipotentiary envoy to the North Caucasus
Federal District Alexander Khloponin has proposed evaluating the
effectiveness of local authorities on the basis of 20 indicators
instead of the 70 used today, RIA Novosti reports.

According to Khloponin, assessment of officials should take place
annually and with the help of opinion polls and be made available to
the public through media sources.
