Mehriban Aliyeva instructs to provide apartment for People's Artist of Azerbaijan

People's Artist of Azerbaijan Konul Khasiyeva has been provided with an apartment upon the instruction of Azerbaijan's First Vice-President, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva.
