Russia receives first truck with Turkish tomatoes
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaThe first truck with 20 tons of tomatoes from Turkey arrived in Russia following the introduction of an agreement on the volume of tomatoes supply from this country, the territorial department of the Rosselkhoznadzor for the Bryansk and Smolensk regions said.
The department added that standard procedures for checking cargo by the veterinary and customs services are now in progress.
The tomatoes were packed on November 8 and their shelf life is 30 days, RIA Novosti reported.
