Russian Defense Ministry: ceasefire regime in Syria observed

The Russian control forces in the Homs, Eastern Ghouta and Southern de-escalation zones as well as Russia’s military police are monitoring the ceasefire regime compliance,  the Russian Centre for reconciliation of opposing sides said.

The ceasefire regime is primarily observed, therefore, the Syrians can fully feel stable development of peaceful process in Syria.

The ceasefire regime control forces, Russian Centre for Reconciliation and leaders of opposition in de-escalation zone continue exchanging information. 

The center stressed that over the last 24 hours, 12 telephone talks concerning ceasefire observation has been held. 

Cooperation on ceasefire regime in de-escalation zones has been established between leaders of armed opposition and the Russian Centre for Reconciliation.
