Head of Kalmyk government relieved of duties

Kalmyk leader Alexey Orlov has the head of government, Oleg Kichikov,
of his duties, RIA Novosti cites Orlov’s press-service.

Kichikov resigned of his own accord. There is no information on his
replacement yet.
