Putin meets with new CSTO Chief

Russian President Vladimir Putin met with Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organisation Yury Khachaturov in Moscow yesterday.

The meeting comes on the eve of the CSTO summit planned for November 30 in Minsk.
