head of the Russian Federal Agency for Transport Supervision, of his
duties, press-service of the government said on Tuesday. The official

Russian Transport Minister Igor Levitin proposed the dismissal of

Federal Agency for Air Navigation Alexander Neryadko replaced

structure had its functions distributed with the air transport agency.
Both structures are supervised by the Transport Ministry.

Levitin dismissed the head of the department for state air supervision

Maletin, head of the transport security department of the Russian
Federal Agency for Transport Supervision Alexander Sveshnikov, deputy
head of the transport security department of the air transport agency
Sergey Poplavsky.

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev said that the blast at Moscow
airport demonstrates unprofessionalism. He ordered heads of the
Federal Security Service (FSB) and the Interior Ministry to prepare
proposals on punishing officials for poor security.

Central Federal District was also dismissed, press-secretary of the
president Natalya Timakova told RIA Novosti.

The bomb at the international terminal of Moscow's Domodedovo airport
