Blizzard in South Ossetia causes troubles in telecommunications

Heavy snow is interrupting telecommunications coverage in the Znaursky and Leningorsky areas of South Ossetia, RES reports.

According to the Ostelekom company, the Znaursky area was cut off electricity. At the moment, engineers are working to restore the base power station.

The Leningorsky area, located in a remote mountainous region, is facing more serious problems, as it is difficult to reach it due to weather conditions.
