Russian President Vladimir Putin said during the annual news conference in Moscow that his May Orders are implemented at a satisfactory level.

The president said as many as 93-94% of the targets he'd set out in a series of decrees known as the May Orders after his 2012 election had been met, including improved salaries for public sector workers. Putin expressed confidence that these benchmarks will be achieved next year.

"In general, the May Orders are implemented at a satisfactory level," the president stressed.
