Cavusolgu: Russians may be employed to service S-400s in Turkey

"As for the S-400 systems, we plan to rely on our own forces, on our own personnel. But, if need ben we will engage Russian specialists, both military and civilian," he told a news conference aired by the Haberturk television channel.
Turkey's media reported today that Russia may establish a military base in Turkey within the sale and purchase agreements signed regarding S-400 Triumph surface-to-air missile systems.
