Vladimir Vasiliev: Dagestan to end 2017 without debts thanks to Reserve Fund

For the first time in the past several years, Dagestan will be able to end the year without any debts thanks to additional financial assistance, head of the republic Vladimir Vasiliev said.

This year, Russia's Reserve Fund allocated additional 3.2 billion rubles to Dagestan.
