Novak: There won't be any blackouts in Crimea this winter

There won't be any energy disasters in Crimea this winter, Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said.

"As for Crimea, the Ministry took all necessary measures to ensure that there will be no problems during the autumn-winter period," he noted.
