According to the villages assistance program, 5 million lari are being given to the rural districts of the Kakheti region of Georgia, the first deputy governor of Kakheti, Giorgi Sibashvilis, announced.

According to him, the program aims to address existing problems in rural areas, reports Business Georgia.

The municipality of Ahmet will receive 574,267 laris, Telavi -665,796, Kvareli - 433,828, Lagodekhi - 883,574, Gurjaani - 837,208, Sighnagi - 529,539, Sagarejo - 750,600 Dedoplistskaro - 355,552.

To determine priorities, municipal leaders have started holding meetings with the villagers. According to the governor's
