Karapetyan heads Novosibirsk Opera and Ballet Theater

Russia's culture minister Vladimir Medinsky appointed Ara Karapetyan as new general director of Novosibirsk Opera and Ballet Theater.

Earlier, Karapetyan actively worked with Chinese collectives, in 2017 he was made a guest conductor of the Mikhailovsky Theater.
