Lavrov and Cavusoglu hold secret talks on Syrian congress in Sochi

According to the Turkish Foreign Ministry, a telephone conversation took place today between Russian and Turkish foreign ministers, Sergey Lavrov and Mevlut Cavusoglu, on the organization of the Syrian National Dialogue Congress in Sochi.

However, details and results of this telephone conversation have not been disclosed, RIA Novosti reported.

Recall that the Congress will be held on January 29-30. About 1600 representatives of the Syrian society will participate in it. A number of opposition organizations refused to participate in the Congress, while the Moscow part of the Syrian opposition will go to Sochi.
