Turkish president visits Iran today

Turkish President Abdullah Gul arrived on a four-day visit to Iran on
Sunday, invited by Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, IRNA
reports.

The Turkish president was welcomed by Iranian Foreign Minister Ali
Akbar Salehi at the international airport of Mehrabad. The first
meetings will be held on Monday. The sides will discuss bilateral
ties, regional and international issues.
